Joel Okaah

Field Support

Joel Okaah joined the D1 team in 2019 and currently serves as a Field Support Director.

Joel graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in Kinesiology. While in college, he studied as an intern with the Wildcat football team. Upon graduation, Joel accepted the assistant strength coach position with the Tennessee Titans in 2015. After his time with the Titans, he found his way to D1 Cool Springs as one of the Strength and Speed Coaches. He was then promoted to Head Strength and Speed Coach three years later before making the move to the Home Office team. His love for people and excellence drives him to always be his best in both roles.

Joel lives in Nashville with his wife, Brianna, and son Cannon.
