Athlete Testing Combine

Athlete Testing | March 1st, 2025

Times: 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm

$20/athlete at D1 training alexandria!

Join us for our quarterly scholastic testing combine! During each session, we will be testing our athletes for 5 different exercises:

  • 10 Yard Sprint
  • Pro Agility
  • Vertical Jump
  • Broad Jump
  • Max Rep Push Ups

Athlete testing is a crucial tool for measuring performance, identifying strengths, and uncovering areas for improvement. By assessing key metrics such as speed, agility, strength, endurance, and mobility, athletes gain valuable insight into their current fitness levels. Whether you're an aspiring athlete or a seasoned competitor, testing provides the data-driven feedback needed to elevate your game and reach your full potential. We will provide a testing card for each athlete so they can keep track of their best score for each movement!

We are excited to partner with the Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) in their mission to fight blood cancers. This incredible campaign empowers high school students to take the lead in fundraising and advocacy efforts, helping to fund groundbreaking research, provide patient support, and drive forward the search for a cure.

At D1 Alexandria, we believe in the power of community and giving back, and we are proud to stand alongside these young leaders in making a meaningful impact.
