Looking for an off-season or in-season training program that will help your team reach its full potential?

At D1 Alexandria, we offer customized team training that focuses on Speed, Strength, Agility, and Injury-prevention that athletes need to complement sport-specific skills and provide your team with a competitive edge. The fundamentals are key – from proper running technique and acceleration to stamina, strength, and physicality. We know that the best athletes understand that there is no such thing as an “off-season” - rather, it’s a time to refocus and invest in the skills necessary to make you better at whatever sport you play.

At D1, our certified and highly experienced Coaches – current & former athletes themselves – have worked with teams across all sports, at all levels, and know what goes into building a winning team. They understand the importance of setting goals and training together as a team, both in- season and off-season.

Sport teams, schools, and clubs throughout Northern Virginia have come to us for team training programs and continue to experience positive results.

The goal here is simple – to ensure athletes have enough fortitude, endurance, and energy to play hard every time they step onto the field or court. In addition to the coaches on our staff, we have access to current and former professional athletes who are highly regarded for their skill-specific training.

Whether we train in our well-equipped facility, in your weight room, or on a field or court, we will deliver performance results!

Team Training programs start with as few as 6 athletes and can scale to larger rosters; we will ensure an effective ratio of Athletes to Coaches so that each participant receives the proper amount of coaching and guidance.

For groups of athletes smaller than 6, we offer semi-private training (D1 Overtime) or personal training (D1-on-1) options that offer all the benefits but with a more focused, customized program.

D1 Training Alexandria has helped teams “enhance their game” across many sports including, but not limited to, Volleyball, Soccer, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Football, Baseball, Softball, Rugby, Hockey, Tennis, Track, and Swimming & Diving.
