As D1 Training continues to expand its locations across the United States, its COO has been recognized for helping D1 improve in many key areas.

COO Dan Murphy was recently named one of five finalists for Athletech News Power Players 2025: Franchising Executive of the Year.

Some of Murphy's accomplishments over the past year include:

• Saving franchisees significant costs by bringing construction project management in-house

• Partnering with ClassPass, offering a no-commitment way for people to experience D1

• Growing the D1 home office team by nearly 100%, creating a more balanced work environment

• Expanding into more urban markets, acquiring Strive Village in Chicago with this in mind

The winner will be announced on June 18th at the ATN Innovation Summit in New York City.
