Bengals Star Trey Hendrickson, D1 Ponte Vedra Highlighted in Amazon's 'Offseason' | D1 Daily

Trey Hendrickson does his offseason training at D1 Ponte Vedra.
The Cincinnati Bengals defensive end, who led the league in sacks in 2024 and finished second in 2023, was recently highlighted on the Amazon Prime Video series “Offseason.” The episode heavily revolves around his offseason workouts at D1 as he prepared for the 2025 season.

In the episode, Hendrickson works closely with D1 Ponte Vedra head coach Chase Felix as they work through his offseason regimen.
“The offseason is incredibly important to make yourself better,” Hendrickson said in the episode. “Whether that's training, or running or whether that's even time away and when to rest; that's the importance of an offseason, and it's something that I've had a great time doing this offseason too.”

The episode also features Trey's wife Alisa, who works out at D1 Ponte Vedra with Coach Cayman.
Hendrickson is a 9-year NFL veteran and another in a long line of D1 athletes performing on the biggest stage. With the Bengals' season over and free agency looming, Hendrickson will have another offseason's worth of training at D1.
