Training Tips Done Right with D1: Hang Clean Technique

  1. HINGE: Keep bar over your knees and load your hips
  1. POWER SHRUG: Shoot your hips forward as you shrug aggressively
  1. HIGH PULL: Keep bar close to body and elbows above the bar
  1. CATCH: Drop under the bar and catch with your shoulders
  1. REPEAT for the desired number of reps and re-rack.
