D1 Training Dallas proudly offers fitness training programs for all individuals of ages – even the youth. If you are looking for kids’ workout classes that will instill discipline, commitment, and perseverance, you’ve found the right gym in Dallas. Our personal training for kids prepares young individuals for future challenges and endeavors. We focus on both physical and mental growth to optimize long-term results.

Our scholastic training consists of four distinct programs:

  • Designed for boys and girls ages 7-11, the Rookie Program improves agility, coordination, and athletic fundamentals.
  • The Developmental Program is for kids aged 12-14. It highlights speed, age-appropriate strength training, and conditioning.
  • Our Prep Program resembles collegiate Division 1 programs. It helps teenagers between 15 and 18 years old learn the responsibilities of being a student-athlete.
  • We created our Overtime Program for current student-athletes hoping to improve at a specific sport or position. This option entails one-on-one private coaching and customized workouts.
