Norwalk LTAD Prep Program

We are very excited to offer our Norwalk Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) Prep Program.

The purpose of this program is to enhance all aspects of foundational training in high school athletes. The program will cover, but is not limited to: linear speed development, change of direction, power development with jump-based principles, and total body power to enhance vertical and broad jumps.

This program will be for all high school aged athletes 15yrs+, specifically volleyball, soccer, wrestling, and football.

The goals of this program is improve top speed, change of direction/quickness, power output of total body movements, and explosiveness through plyometrics.

Evaluation and Progress Tracking:

  • Initial testing/assessment: 20 Yard, 10 Yard, 5-10-5, Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, MB Power Throws.
  • Continued performance tracking via training applications and data collection.
  • Member feedback and evaluations.
