“I needed a change from the "standard gym" and lifting (bored and poor cardio/dad-gut growing). So far I'm ~10 classes in and really enjoying D1. Make no mistake, the classes are challenging, however everyone works at the best pace they can. In other words, you aren't "shamed" if you're not keeping pace with others - everyone's been cool about motivating each other. Clean facility with lots of equipment and a friendly, small group of solid trainers (so you get to know them and they you).
