D1 Training Cool Springs is not just a sports training facility for adult athletes. It is also the go-to center for scholastic training that empowers children aged 7 and older with self-confidence and character development. If your child has been struggling with confidence issues or simply lacks focus, then come discover the difference our fun, engaging scholastic training can bring. Our programs are tailored to be appealing to both boys and girls while also helping them enjoy fitness and discover their inner strengths.

We have four scholastic programs from which to choose:

  • Rookie: For children aged 7 to 11, the Rookie program introduces children to exercise. It focuses on building coordination, overall athleticism, and self-confidence.
  • Developmental: For teens aged 12 to 14, the Developmental program takes scholastic training a step further with an emphasis on power and speed. Age-appropriate and safely supervised weightlifting classes are also introduced.
  • Prep: For teens aged 15 to 18, the Prep program is a must-have for any student-athlete who wants to excel in their sport or pursue a future career in sports. Speed, power, strength, athleticism, stamina, and focus are all core components of this program.
  • Overtime: If your child has a highly specific athletic goal in mind, the Overtime program can help better align them to it. Semiprivate coaching and training sessions are included to better direct your child’s workout regimen.
