Over the course of 6-weeks, you'll follow structured programming designed by our National Training Panel, along with weekly micro-challenges that reinforce healthy routines and long-term consistency. To be eligible, entries must be posted publicly on TikTok or Instagram Reels during the Competition period (August 3 – September 13, 2026), include the required hashtag (#D1NationalChallenge2026), and tag @d1training_official. Posts must remain public through winner selection and prize fulfillment. All winners will be selected at D1 Training's sole discretion. By entering, participants grant D1 Training a perpetual, royalty-free license to repost, share, and use submitted content for promotional purposes across D1 Training's social media channels and marketing materials.
