Welcome to the D1 NATIONAL CHALLENGE! Our challenge is a 6-week community-driven challenge designed to build stronger habits, improve performance, and keep you accountable. Over the course of 6-weeks, you'll follow structured programming designed by our National Training Panel, along with weekly micro-challenges that reinforce healthy routines and long-term consistency. All fitness levels welcome. All progress celebrated. All wins earned.
