Sports Specific Training
Our youth sports training programs provide a great opportunity for athletes to focus on strength, agility, and conditioning relative to their sports this summer!
Each program will focus on performance outcomes that improve on-field performance, as well as preventing injuries common in each sport. Athletes will learn speed and agility drills that enhance their abilities.
Athletes will also work on their strength and power in the weight room through age- appropriate, sport-specific exercises that support their performance. They will learn proper mechanics of the exercises that create foundational strength that will apply to their entire athletics career!
Make-up classes will be available for any sessions missed!
Our 8 Week Programs start June 6th and end July 29th.
