Comprehensive Training Program Details:
Training will be progression based and centered around improving vertical jump, footwork, and increasing power. Ozark Juniors athletes will build strength, increase power, and improve agility through a combination of resistance training, plyometrics, and footwork drills.
Maximize Performance: Pre-season Training (November-January):
Pre-season training is getting the athlete ready for the season. We will build strength with a focus on power using game specific plyometric and footwork drills. Our strength training will also be focused on building power along with prioritizing mobility to prevent injury going into the season. The training will progress and peak going into the season.
Maintain Peak Form: In-season Training (January-April):
In-season training is focused on maintaining strength and injury prevention. Our goal is still to achieve optimal physical condition, but the intensity and rep counts will change to offset the added games and practices.
Build a Strong Foundation: Off-season Training (April-November):
Off-season training will be resetting and going back to the basics. Taking advantage of the extra time available, we will be focusing on more detail to build up base strength and make the next pre-season gains even greater.
Flexible Training Schedule in Rogers:
The schedule below provides the same workout multiple times per week. We have structured the schedule in this way to allow the athlete to attend however many sessions are feasible for them, but to also accommodate for differing/changing schedules.
Starting Monday, December 5th
Monday-Thursday: 6:30-7:30pm, 7:30-8:30pm
*Additional sessions may be added based on demand
Affordable Training Packages:
-20 session pack: $400 ($20 per session)
-40 session pack: $720 ($18 per session)
-60 session pack: $900 ($15 per session)
- These sessions are flexible and do not expire. You can use them throughout the program.
- We will run your card at your first session at D1 Rogers. There is no need to pay in advance, but you must sign into MindBody before each session. Each time you attend a session, one session is deducted from your training session pack.
- As you get close to the end of your session pack, we will send you a reminder to purchase a new training session pack.
