Our nationally recognized 5-Star Training Program is meticulously crafted by a national training panel and updated every eight weeks, ensuring that our workouts evolve as our athletes improve. Our professionals develop custom workouts designed to meet specific goals while fostering a sense of community and teamwork.

Our Sports Training Approach

Our specialty is understanding the comprehensive fitness needs of individual athletes and entire teams. Our proven approach leaves every detail to be noticed, ensuring optimal performance and growth.

When you choose us for on-campus training, you can expect:

  • Performance Testing: We measure how your body reacts and performs, providing tailored recommendations for progress. Our initial assessments include health risk appraisals, biometric measures, and movement screens to gather crucial data for informed training decisions.
  • Body Composition Analysis (InBody): Utilizing Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), we accurately measure body composition, including fat, muscle mass, and body water percentages, for a comprehensive understanding of each athlete's physical status.
  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS): This tool evaluates seven fundamental movement patterns to identify areas for improvement. By considering mobility and stability, we create training plans that protect athletes while achieving their goals.
  • Strength and Conditioning Testing: This testing motivates groups and evaluates individual progress, allowing our trainers to adjust programs as needed for continuous improvement.
  • Goal Setting: Based on assessment results, we set S.M.A.R.T. goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) to keep athletes on track and motivated.
