D1 Gulf Breeze GM Allie Luster Williams Selected To Compete For Ms. Health & Fitness | D1 Daily

D1 Gulf Breeze (Fla.) general manager Allie Luster Williams was recently selected to compete for Ms. Health & Fitness 2026.

Each year, the winner of the competition wins $20,000 and is put on the cover of Muscle & Fitness HERS magazine.

“Competing for Ms. Health & Fitness 2026 means so much more to me than a title,” she said. “It represents every hard season; every moment I had to choose discipline over comfort and growth over excuses. For me, fitness has never just been about how you look, it's been about healing, strength, confidence and proving to myself that I can do hard things.”

While competing for this award may be proof of Luster Williams' own self discipline, her coaching, she said, is about proving to others what they can do.

“Coaching has shown me that sometimes people don't just need a coach, they need someone to believe in them on days they don't believe in themselves. Being trusted with that role is something I'll never take lightly, and those relationships are what make this career so special to me."

Luster Williams' coaching has built a strong community at D1 Gulf Breeze, and that community will look to help her win this award.

“One word that continues to stand out to me, especially at our Gulf Breeze location, is family. We're not just a gym where people come to work out and leave. We're a group of people who truly show up for each other; inside and outside these walls,” she said. “My D1 Gulf Breeze family has truly stepped up and showed out in these early days of this Ms. Health and Fitness 2026 competition.”
