D1 West Nola GM Lance Lacoste Featured On The Moffitt Method Fitness Podcast | D1 Daily

Lance Lacoste, general manager at D1 West Nola, recently went on The Moffitt Method Podcast to share insights and stories from his career as both a coach and an athlete.
Throughout the episode, Lacoste discussed the importance of passion in sports, tips on what helps athletes' longevity and why he decided to get into coaching.
As a former all-state wide receiver, Lacoste described feeling unprepared and overwhelmed when he arrived at various college invite camps. This experience sparked his interest in coaching.
“I'm never going to let this happen to another athlete. I'm going to do whatever I can to help other athletes be prepared for that kind of testing,” Lacoste said.
The Moffitt Method founder Tommy Moffitt, who is currently Texas A&M's director of football strength and conditioning, has deep ties with D1.
Moffitt was one of D1 CEO Will Bartholomew's strength and conditioning coaches in college, and served as a mentor to the late Kurt Hester, former D1 director of coaching .
Lacoste joins Hester as D1 athletes who have been featured on the show; Hester was interviewed by Moffitt himself three years ago.
Congratulations to Lance! It's great to get to know more about the people who make up the D1 Training family.
