Youth Athletes Gain Confidence At D1 Ponte Vedra With Fun, Competitive Training | D1 Daily

School's almost out, and D1 Ponte Vedra will be keeping kids busy in the gym over summer vacation.
The facility in Jacksonville, Fla., has documented the training of many youth athletes across its social media, showcasing their impressive results.
One of the top youth athletes at the location is golfer Olivia Barnes. At 11 years old, she established herself as one of the best golfers in her age group, placing second in the 2025 US Kids World Championship. She also has gained notoriety across social media, amassing over 23,000 followers on her parent-managed Instagram account.
The Jax Beach 10U Softball team took a “no days off” mentality to spring break, using the free week to improve their game at D1 Ponte Vedra.
D1 Ponte Vedra also consistently produces videos showing a lot of their training regimens with youth athletes.
“At D1, our coaches aim to keep the drills fun and competitive! Then they encourage your young athlete to do better than they did yesterday!” the caption reads. “When we build your child up, they gain strength and power, but most importantly, they gain confidence!”
