Summer and Speed Strength Camp
This summer, give your athlete the training they need to level up! Running June 1 through July 31, our Summer Speed & Strength Camp is designed for athletes ages 7–18. Month one focuses on building elite speed, while month two shifts to developing real strength — giving every athlete a complete performance boost. With separate sessions for younger and older athletes, our expert coaches make sure every kid gets the right training at the right level. Train. Improve. Compete.
Members: $99/week or $399/month | Non-Members: $149/week or $499/month

Over two months, kids will build real speed, strength, and confidence that carries over into every sport they play. Our expert coaches provide structured, age-appropriate training in a fun and encouraging environment.
Whether your child is just starting out or looking to compete at a higher level, this camp gives them the tools, the coaching, and the motivation to become their best.
