How The D1 National Challenge Works

The National Challenge runs from March 2 to April 11. $10,000 will be handed out to the winners, and here's how you can rack up points:

  • 1 Point Per Class Attended (Max 5 Per Week)
  • 1 Point Per Percentage of Body Fat Lost
  • 1 Point Per Percentage of Muscle Gained
  • 1 Point Per Social Media Post (Once Weekly)

Each week, there is a new micro challenge to keep athletes engaged and focused on incremental progress. Week 4's micro challenge is Hydration.
