D1's Six-Week National Challenge Is Back With $10,000 In Prizes For Fat Loss, Muscle Gain | D1 Daily

D1 Training's National Challenge, which saw over 800 D1 athletes lose over 2,000 pounds of fat and gain 350 pounds of muscle last year, is back for year two.
The six-week-long program pushes D1 athletes to follow a structured regimen, complete mini-challenges and hold each other accountable. Sign-ups start today and continue through Feb. 28.

All competitors will complete an InBody scan tracking muscle mass and body fat both before and after the six weeks, giving them clear insights into their progress.
Challengers will receive one point per class attended (maximum five per week), one point for every percentage of body fat lost and percentage of muscle gained and one point per weekly social post.
Finally, there will be $10,000 worth of prizes for the top performers at the end of the challenge.
