LSU Tiger Girls Medal At Dance Team Nationals After Training At D1 Baton Rouge | D1 Daily

The LSU dance team, which does training at D1 Baton Rouge, brought home two silver medals in the 2026 UDA College & Dance Team National Championships.
The team, known as the LSU Tiger Girls, medalled in Division 1A Hip Hop and Division 1A Jazz.
The team has had ties to D1 Training for years. Coach Chris at D1 Baton Rouge was a member of LSU's cheer team from 2010 to 2013, and coached the team from 2015 to 2023.
The LSU Tiger Girls have been training with Coach Chris for months in preparation for the national championship, and even did at 6:30 a.m. workout on Halloween.
The team is another in a long line of championship teams that trained at D1.
