In The Homestretch! Two Weeks Remaining In The D1 Training $10K National Challenge | D1 Daily

D1 athletes across the country have been putting in work, and now in week four of the D1 $10K National Challenge, they're officially in the homestretch.
Here's yet another nationwide look at how they're preparing for the final leg.
D1 Baton Rouge
Absolutely nothing is standing between D1 coaches from training athletes during this challenge. Coach LeeEllen is still at just six months postpartum, but she's putting in the work and coaching better than ever.
D1 Brighton
D1 Brighton is making sure its athletes are on top of all aspects of wellness with a helpful Wellness Wednesday post showing tips on how to be well-rounded through the challenge.
D1 Madison
D1 Madison highlighted its athlete, Mercy, who's put up a impressive performance so far through the National Challenge. She's lost 4% body fat and six pounds four weeks in. Congratulations!
How The D1 National Challenge Works
The National Challenge runs from March 2 to April 11. $10,000 will be handed out to the winners, and here's how you can rack up points:
- 1 Point Per Class Attended (Max 5 Per Week)
- 1 Point Per Percentage of Body Fat Lost
- 1 Point Per Percentage of Muscle Gained
- 1 Point Per Social Media Post (Once Weekly)
Each week, there is a new micro challenge to keep athletes engaged and focused on incremental progress. Week 5's micro challenge is Recovery & Mobility.
