D1 athletes are still killing it three weeks into the D1 $10K National Challenge, a six-week competition across all D1 facilities consisting of hundreds of athletes vying for the best transformation.
Here's a look at some of the top facilities from across the nation:
D1 Mandeville
The nation's leader in participants is still pumping out helpful Tip Tuesday videos to keep their athletes on track, and this week's added a festive flare to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
D1 Wichita
Keeping with the celebratory mood, D1 Wichita celebrated their general manager Aaron's birthday! Still, he spent time working with everybody on the National Challenge.
D1 Toledo
D1 Toledo has shared some helpful resources to help people with their protein goals.
How The D1 National Challenge Works
The National Challenge runs from March 2 to April 11. $10,000 will be handed out to the winners, and here's how you can rack up points:
- 1 Point Per Class Attended (Max 5 Per Week)
- 1 Point Per Percentage of Body Fat Lost
- 1 Point Per Percentage of Muscle Gained
- 1 Point Per Social Media Post (Once Weekly)
Each week, there is a new micro challenge to keep athletes engaged and focused on incremental progress. Week 3's micro challenge is Protein.
