Jahron Manning, Mississippi State's standout safety, has been training with coach Lance Lacoste at D1 West Nola.

Manning, after playing college ball at Tyler Junior College, Copiah Community College and Old Dominion, finished his senior year at Mississippi State. He totaled seven interceptions, 9.5 tackles for loss and 253 tackles.

His collegiate journey was recently shared in an article from Crescent City Sports.

Lacoste, who was recently featured on the Moffitt Method Podcast, has also trained NFL stars Chris Olave, Rashid Shaheed and Zach Baun.

“Jahron has a great personality,” Lacoste said. “He works hard and enjoys the grind! Always shows up with a positive attitude!”

Manning has been training alongside SE Louisiana defensive tackle Ahmad Bradley and Tarleton State edge Angelo Anderson.

Lacoste said Manning is nearing a 4.4 40-yard dash and a 40 inch vertical, and that players like Manning show the quality of training at D1.

“An SEC talent like Jahron could train anywhere in the country, but he chose to train at D1 West NOLA!”
