Devo Training
Designed for athletes ages 12-14 who are ready for more advanced, performance-driven training.
THE NEXT STEP IN ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
At this stage for athletes (ages 12-14), we introduce structured resistance training - using dumbbells, barbells, bands, and bodyweight- to safely build strength, coordination, and control. Every athlete starts at their true ability level, not just their age, ensuring they learn proper technique before increasing intensity or load.

What Your Athlete Will Learn
Devo athletes begin learning how to train with resistance while continuing to build on their movement foundation. This includes:
- Introduction to resistance training (dumbbells, barbells, and bands)
- Continued development of foundational movement patterns
- Exposure to structured strength and performance work
- Learning how to handle load in a controlled environment
Our coaches make real-time decisions within every session, adjusting movements through progressions and regressions so athletes are consistently challenged without sacrificing form or safety. As confidence grows, athletes develop power, speed, and body awareness while continuing to refine movement patterns.

Meeting Athletes Where They Are

Our classes and coaches are dynamic, allowing each athlete to progress at the right pace

Supporting Healthy Growth
Training during this stage is designed to support overall development. Devo training helps promote:
- Proper muscle development
- Bone development
- Cardiovascular development
Beyond physical development, Devo Training helps athletes build discipline, confidence, and resilience during a critical stage of growth. It’s not just about getting stronger—it’s about learning how to train the right way, setting the foundation for long-term performance and success in sport and life.
