Train at a Higher Level
Designed for athletes ages 15-18, Prep training programs are designed to complement- not compete with your sport, in or out of season. Our coaches carefully manage intensity, volume, and recovery to enhance performance while reducing the risk of burnout or injury. Training is essential for maintaining strength, preventing performance drop-off, and staying one step ahead of the competition. At D1, we build smarter athletes who train with purpose, recover properly, and show up stronger when it matters most.

What Athletes Will Learn
Prep athletes train with a focus on total athletic development, including:
- Speed
- Safety
- Strength
- Athleticism
Prep Training at D1 is built for athletes who are ready to perform at the next level. Our programming mirrors a Division 1 training environment, with a focus on developing speed, power, strength, endurance, and mental toughness. As athletes master movement at a higher level, they progress into advanced strength work, plyometrics, and sport-specific speed and agility training—helping them become faster, more explosive, and more resilient in competition.

Athletes are exposed to training that aligns with:
Performance-based development
Structured strength and conditioning
Increased demands on effort, focus, and consistency

Emphasis on Injury Prevention
As training intensity increases, so does the importance of protecting the body. Prep Training places increased emphasis on:
- Injury prevention techniques
- Proper movement under higher demands
- Supporting long-term durability
