EMV Tryout Prep Performance Cohort – Performance Testing Included – April 6–May 29
🚨 Limited to just 6 athletes per cohort. Payment due April 1 to reserve your spot.
This exclusive EMV Tryout Prep cohort is designed to help athletes peak at the right time for tryouts. Training focuses on improving acceleration, explosiveness, change-of-direction, and court movement efficiency in a structured, high-performance environment led by certified performance coaches.
This isn’t general conditioning — it’s phase-based athletic development built specifically to help athletes separate themselves at tryouts. All participants complete comprehensive performance testing and receive a detailed report comparing their results to age and competition-level benchmarks to highlight progress, trajectory, and potential.
Spots are extremely limited. Train with purpose. Move better. Show up to tryouts faster, more explosive, and more confident.
Performance Testing: April 4
- 10:00 AM - Ages 12–14
- 11:00 AM - Ages 15–18
Training Begins: April 6
Schedule: Monday / Wednesday / Friday
- 7:30–8:30 PM - Ages 12-14
- 8:00–9:00 PM - Ages 15–18
