As a Training Club we offer HYROX Training, host special HYROX Events, and have access to early bird HYROX Race tickets for you.

HYROX is the ultimate training in functional fitness. It is accessible, fun, engaging, challenging, and gets you in great shape, while training with a purpose. It translates the HYROX Race fundamentals into a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to performance fitness.

With the HYROX Races as the ultimate fitness challenge, you can test your fitness and compete in a healthy environment against yourself and other athletes in a measurable Race with global rankings.

We started with my middle schooler working with Jarred to help with mobility and strength and now my other two younger kids attend an after school group fitness class that they absolutely love! I cannot highly recommend this place enough! If you are new to working out, a vet, young or older, this place is for you! The coaches are very knowledgeable and will work with you. I have been working out with D1 for a year now and have seen exponential growth in many ways. Such a wonderful space and very friendly staff. Hope to see you there!

My 8 year old loves D1! Really happy with how hard he works while still smiling during the workout. Trainers are absolutely the best! Great equipment and just a wonderful space for kids and adults to train. My son plays basketball, flag football and is a runner on the MPTC track and field team as well as XC. D1 has helped him get strong and stay healthy.

I’ve been attending here for three years. As a senior who tries to stay fit, I love the challenges of doing real athletic training under the watchful eye of trainers who care about your welfare and can easily modify the day’s routine for your needs. The cost is very reasonable. I also love that the place also has high school and college athletes training in the facility at the same time you are, with their trainers, so you start feeling young again by seeing them working hard Training groups are also very small with 1-6 participants.
