Finish Strong! It's The Final Few Days Of The D1 Training $10K National Challenge | D1 Daily

It's almost time to see the results of the D1 $10K National Challenge.
Through five weeks, athletes have pushed to better themselves and made great progress. The Challenge officially ends Sunday, April 12. Individual and facility winners across the D1 network will be announced after final calculations are made. Stay tuned here and on D1 social media for more.
Here's one more look at the progress being made in the National Challenge:
D1 Mandeville
Coach Beau from D1 Mandeville provides another helpful Tip Tuesday focusing on the final micro challenge: sleep.
D1 Niceville
The National Challenge has overlapped with many groups' testing week, and athletes at D1 Niceville have been putting up some impressive PRs on the squat rack.
D1 West Cobb
Not ready to say goodbye to a six-week plan? Coach Kristen from D1 West Cobb will be leading “Project Summer," another six-week course to keep the workouts rolling.
How The D1 National Challenge Works
The National Challenge runs from March 2 to April 11. $10,000 will be handed out to the winners, and here's how you can rack up points:
- 1 Point Per Class Attended (Max 5 Per Week)
- 1 Point Per Percentage of Body Fat Lost
- 1 Point Per Percentage of Muscle Gained
- 1 Point Per Social Media Post (Once Weekly)
Each week, there is a new micro challenge to keep athletes engaged and focused on incremental progress. Week 6's micro challenge is Sleep.
